When purchasing account-based products (game accounts, software licenses tied to an account), the following rules are strictly enforced:

Any of the above violations will result in: immediate account ban from FSZip Shop, no refund of any kind, and potential legal action if damages exceed the purchase amount. You accept full responsibility for keeping the account credentials unchanged.

All products sold by FSZip Shop are digital. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchase through your unique order link. Delivery is typically instant or within a short manual processing period for subscription-based products.

• License keys and activation codes are single-use and non-transferable once delivered.
• Account access products grant you access to a pre-existing account — not ownership of the underlying software license.
• Subscription products grant access for the purchased duration only. Access ends at the stated expiry date with no automatic renewal.
• Instant access products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final by default. We do not offer refunds except in the following specific circumstances:

• Product not delivered — if your order was confirmed but no access was provided within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Wrong product delivered — if you received a product significantly different from what was described, a refund or replacement will be offered.
• Technical failure on our end — if a license key or account is invalid at time of delivery through no fault of your own.

• Subscriptions are one-time payments — there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• The subscription period begins on the date of delivery confirmation by FSZip Shop, not the date of purchase.
• No extensions or partial refunds are offered for unused days remaining at the end of a subscription period.
• You may purchase a new subscription upon expiry of your current one.
• Abuse of subscription access (account sharing, commercial use, etc.) will result in immediate termination without refund.

Zip Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within FSZip Shop. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

• Zip Coins purchased are non-refundable once credited to your account.
• Zip Coins received as gifts or promotions may be subject to expiry conditions.
• FSZip Shop reserves the right to modify Zip Coin values, pricing, or availability at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit, duplicate, or fraudulently obtain Zip Coins will result in account termination.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Attempting to resell, redistribute, or share any purchased digital product
• Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, or dispute abuse
• Impersonating FSZip Shop staff or other users
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our platform
• Using purchased accounts for commercial gain without written authorization
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or gift card systems

FSZip Shop provides digital products "as is". We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Microsoft, Asobo Studio, Navigraph, or any other third-party software publisher whose products may be sold on this platform.

FSZip Shop's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or software. External platform changes (such as publisher policy updates, region restrictions, or service shutdowns) are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund.

FSZip Shop provides customer support for all purchases regardless of purchase date. If you encounter an issue with a product, we will do our best to resolve it.

Support is provided on a good-faith basis. We reserve the right to decline support for issues arising from user violations of these terms, including but not limited to modified account credentials or misuse of the product.
